  15. I have a need to interface with a fax machine through a C program
  16. to send a fax (stored as a file on disk). Are there any fax machines
  17. out there which provide such an interface through a C program?

  19. The platform may be a Windows3.1-DOS PC  or a Unix system.
  20. Are there any other details that I need to provide/know?
